1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BetBible ("the Service"), operated by BetBible Pty Ltd ABN [to be inserted] ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BetBible provides sports betting analytics tools, including but not limited to arbitrage detection, positive expected value (+EV) identification, odds comparison, and statistical analysis. The Service is an information tool only and does not facilitate, process, or place any bets on your behalf.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using BetBible, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited.
5. Subscription & Billing
BetBible offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be updated with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
- Share your account credentials or allow third-party access
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data obtained from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data, arbitrage opportunities, or any other information provided.
BetBible is not a financial advisor. All betting decisions are yours alone. Past performance or identified opportunities do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that sports betting involves risk of loss and that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, BetBible Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and data — are owned by BetBible Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
