Both bets must cover opposing outcomes in the same market, with the same settlement rules. Two bookmakers backing the same team do not make an arb. A market with a draw has a third outcome and cannot be checked here.
The calculator splits your total stake to maximise the lower return, using whole dollars. Rounding can remove a small edge, so it shows the actual result of that split, including a loss.
It does not verify available prices, account limits or whether either bet has been accepted. Check both bookmaker terms before acting.
